     Magnolia Point is a gated residential community nestled in the beautiful live oak forests of northeast Florida and home to the Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club. We are located in the charming and historic city of Green Cove Springs, FL. Magnolia Point residents enjoy easy access to all of the shopping, entertainment and cultural opportunities in Green Cove Springs and the nearby communities of Fleming Island and Orange Park, FL. Magnolia Point is also a short ride to nearby metropolitan Jacksonville, FL, the home of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra and the Jacksonville Jaguars.

     Golf & Country Club facilities include: an 18-hole golf course; lighted, clay tennis courts; pickle ball courts; children's playground; a Junior Olympic size swimming pool; full service restaurant; "The Pub;" and an outdoor wedding/special event venue. All offer a great social environment and community meeting place for our residents. The club is privately owned and all residents have access to tennis, pool, pickle ball, playground and clubhouse facilities as part of their quarterly fees.

     The Magnolia Point Community Association (MPCA) has been in existence since 1986. The Association is incorporated as a Florida Corporation Not-for-Profit.  Development of the community concluded in 2018 with 967 lots and developer control transitioned to the Association's Members in March 2019.

     The Association's purpose is to:

         - Provide for the maintenance and preservation of the roadways and common areas;
         - Provide for the architectural control of the real property;
         - Promote the health, safety and welfare of the owners and residents within Magnolia Point.
