Association Members are advised that in consideration of the
Governor’s Executive Order 20-193 to maintain social distancing through October 1, 2020,
the Association’s legal counsel has advised the Board of Director’s
not to conduct public meetings due to the inherent liabilities
associated with the potential for attendees to contract the COVID-19 virus.
Additionally, as stated in Executive Order 20-52,
"The emergency powers available to boards of directors as described in
section 720.316(1)(a)-(h), Florida Statutes,
are hereby available to help protect the health, safety, and welfare
of the association, parcel owners, parcel owners' family members,
tenants, guests, agents or invitees."
Therefore, the Board will continue to conduct virtual Board Meetings
until such time as the State of Emergency and COVID-19 liabilities exist.
