Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club is a gated residential
community nestled in the beautiful Live Oak forests
of northeast Florida. We are located just outside of
the progressive, charming and historic city of Green
Cove Springs, FL. Magnolia Point residents enjoy easy
access to all of the amenities, shopping, entertainment
and cultural opportunities they could hope for in Green
Cove Springs and the nearby communities of Fleming Island
and Orange Park, Florida. Magnolia Point is also a short
ride to nearby metropolitan Jacksonville, FL, the home
of the wonderful Jacksonville
Symphony Orchestra and the Jacksonville
Amenities including lighted,
clay tennis courts, a Junior
Olympic size swimming pool,
full service restaurant and "The Pub," and an 18-hole golf course all offer a great
social environment and community
meeting place for our residents. The club is privately owned and all residents have access to tennis, pool and clubhouse facilities as part of their quarterly fees.
The golf course, tennis facilities, outdoor wedding venue, golf school, revitalized club house, renovated Pub, new chef, new pool and outside eating areas, new landscaping and other important changes have transformed the Club into a strong and viable entity within our community.
Not the typical resort or development course, Magnolia Point was designed for GOLF and TENNIS. The magnificent oaks, magnolia trees and tall pines are the backdrop for your final approach shots—not someone’s swimming pool or bedroom window.
With no parallel fairways, golfers enjoy a tranquil and scenic view of the 1000 acre community that is abundant with wildlife including wild turkeys, deer, hawks, alligators, water fowl, snakes, turtles and an occasional bald eagle.
